Fremont - Coyote Hills Regional Park

Coyote Hills Regional Park is an outstanding example of mixed micro climates. Located just north of the Dumbarton Bridge, the 1,266 acre park is a photographer's dream. There is a huge variety of subjects here such as tidal salt water marshes, seasonal wetlands, bay salt ponds, bay views, rocky hills and birds all along an easy-walk trail. There are several dog-friendly trails but many are not. Amenities include, picnicking, visitor's center, ADA accessibility, toilet and drinking facilities.

Walking Difficulty: Easy - Early morning parking is available in the dirt parking lot at the corner of Paseo Padre Pkwy and Patterson Ranch Road.
